When regulators specify stack testing, or when you need to characterise emissions for modelling and reporting, you need results that are accurate, compliant, and defensible. Assured Environmental delivers NATA-accredited stack and process emissions monitoring across Australia. Particulates, gases, dioxins, metals—we measure what your licence requires with the rigour regulators expect.

Key Capabilities

• Particulate Monitoring – Measurement of PM10, PM2.5, and total suspended particulate from stacks and ducts. We also conduct PM CEMS correlation studies to validate continuous monitoring systems.
• Gas Analysis – Comprehensive measurement of gaseous emissions including NOx, SO₂, CO, H₂S, VOCs, and speciated compounds. Data for compliance, NPI reporting, and process optimisation.
• Dioxins & Furans – Specialist sampling and analysis for these highly regulated compounds. NATA-accredited methods that satisfy the most stringent regulatory requirements.
• Metals Testing – Measurement of heavy metals in stack emissions. Supporting compliance with metal-specific limits and reporting obligations.
• Acid Gases (HF/HCl) – Sampling and analysis of hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen chloride, and other acid gases from industrial processes.
• Combustion Parameters – Measurement of moisture, O₂, and CO₂ for combustion efficiency assessment and emissions calculations.
